We provide customized tailored Anger Management support for management and staff. We assist in identifying and recommending training to target specific areas of need in personnel. Our program is geared towards reducing conflict, retaliation, threats and intimidation in the workplace. Our program offers one on one counseling, group setting classes, online Anger Management training and onsite training. We train employees in position of leadership with Anger Management certification so that they can train, asses, identify potential threat and de-escalate situations, provide mentoring and support to staff.

One-on-One Employee Trainings

The experience is one-on-one with a trained specialist, in a safe, caring, and confidential environment, to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors. They will work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.​

Group Sessions

In small groups, these sessions are designed to offer help for those who feel more comfortable in a group atmosphere. Emphasis is placed on both gaining knowledge through instruction and participation in open discussion within the group.​ ​

On-Site Training ​Services​

Our specialized program tailors every aspect of the training process as well as customizes the lessons according to your company’s own policies. Employees are able to build new skills, that will enhance their communication, stress management and conflict resolution abilities. With a customized on-site training employees do not have to leave the office for a prolonged period of time and are able to get back to work as soon as the training is complete.
